I am writing to provide feedback on my recent shoulder surgery at Brinton Lake Surgery Center. From admission through discharge, the compassionate and professional care I received far exceeded my expectations.

I was well informed, comfortable and confident that I was in good hands due to the excellent nursing care prior to my surgery. The nursing staff took the time to explain each prep procedure in a straightforward and understandable manner. This not only allayed any concerns, but enabled me to relax and not wonder what was coming next.

The interactions I had with my surgeon, Dr. Wolfe, both before and after the surgery left me feeling that I was in good hands. His professionalism, knowledge base and practical approach provided further reassurance.

I have had surgical procedures performed at several other facilities and would like to assure you that, hands down, your medical and support staff outclass any I have seen. I want to express my gratitude toward Brinton Lake Surgery Center for providing me and the community, with a facility that puts patient care first while delivering state-of-the art medical care.

I just wanted to send a letter of thanks for the wonderful experience I had as a patient. We all have a fear of surgery, but coming to your surgery center made me forget the fear because of the state-of-the-art atmosphere and wonderful care given to me by all the staff. Two of my family members were also patients and were most grateful for the care given to them. Keep up the good work!
