Take Route 1 South to Concordville passing Route 322 (Conchester Highway) to Evergreen Drive. Turn RIGHT onto Evergreen (at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake), go to the second STOP SIGN where the Crozer Medical Plaza will be on your right.

From Chester and I-95

Take Route 322 West (Conchester Highway) to the Route 1 Intersection at Concordville. TURN LEFT at the light (CVS Pharmacy landmark) then TURN RIGHT onto Evergreen Drive (at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake). Go to the second STOP SIGN where the Crozer Medical Plaza will be on your right.

From Kennett Square

Take Route 1 North to the intersection at Route 202, continue NORTH on Route 1 to THIRD TRAFFIC LIGHT which is Evergreen Drive. TURN LEFT on Evergreen Drive (next to the Shoppes at Brinton Lake). Go to the second STOP SIGN where the Crozer Medical Plaza will be on your right.

From Wilmington, Delaware

Take Route 202 North into Pennsylvania to the intersection at Route 1, TURN RIGHT on to Route 1 (NORTH). Go to the THIRD TRAFFIC LIGHT which is Evergreen Drive.
